One of the significant airline player in the shape of the Emirates asks staff to take 1 month unpaid leave over coronavirus which has become the global health challenge threatening the world economy in the worst possible manner compelling the airline companies to cut back their operations and firing the labor force or asking them to take the leave as the demand levels of the flights and the services have been dramatically decreased in the highly effective manner that ended up forcing the Emirates, the international airline company, to do something out of the way.
Furthermore, this decision is taking place owing to the spread and prevalence of the coronavirus. It is one of the only reasons that led to the cancellation of the flights across the global village. The Emirates has been cancelling the flights to the different parts of the world including Bahrain, China and Iran.
Moreover, along with that, it is important to note that the countries came up with the travel restrictions. These restrictions are upon the inflow of the passengers and the travelers into the countries. According to the CEO of the company, certain reasons and the factors were unveiled behind the decision.
Undeniably, it was said that the decision took place considering the willingness of the labor force to avail their leave. This way, the company is intended to offer an opportunity to the employees to take the unpaid leave. But it was specifically said that they can only take it for one single month.
Lastly, this will enable the business and the airline firm to control its measurable slowdown of operations. Together with this, it also allows the company to control the losses and damages.
