The Blue Mosque:
The Blue Mosque was founded in the era of Ottoman Caliphates. Its foundation was laid in the Sultanate of Sultan Ahmad I. It was founded by the years of early 17th century. It is a landmark of the Muslim empire. It is still used as a mosque by the Muslims but also acts as a tourism place for the Non- Muslims. It displays a beautiful view of architecture. It is currently a museum in Istanbul Turkey. But it wasn’t a museum in history. It has saved three major transformations. Anyways, it was built in the early sixth century as the Catholic Church. But when the Muslims conquered it they converted it into a mosque. It was used as a worship place of the Muslims by 480 years. Later on by the defeat of Turkey in World war, Mustafa Kamal Attaturk prescribed to convert it into a museum. Till today it serves as a museum and its a great tourism place. If you are visiting Turkey for the first time then you must pay a visit to this place.
