If you wish to travel to Georgia and explore maximum opportunities then the best time is during summer months. The visitors can visit remote villages, visit the Black Sea coast, attend many international music festivals and also can enjoy hiking through national parks. The North Georgia provides a perfect romantic atmosphere for outing with friends. It contains many high-quality wineries and you could have an opportunity to taste some of the best wine in the States. The weather in the capital city, Tbilisi gets quite hot during July and August and therefore not a good idea to spend most of your trip time.
Atlanta waterfall:
You don’t have to travel far from Atlanta to experience the stunning and amazing beauty of waterfalls. There are three beautiful parks located in Atlanta at an hour’s drive from the airport. This park offers the hikers nearly five miles of trail edging through the hilly forest. Third one is the Vickery Creek and Roswell mill which has the mixture of history and along the banks of Vickery Creek. It has a five-mile trail through the shady forest of Roswell.
Kazbegi in the far north of Georgia:
Kazbegi lies close to Russian border and is a must see center in Georgia. It is a small town having a stunning nature and amazing hiking routes. You can travel to Kazbegi via local shuttle which leaves from Didube Station in Tbilisi once in every hour and reaches the main square in Kazbegi. Similarly it returns also once in every hour from Kazbegi costing around 4 USD. This is not a comfortable and easy way to travel so you can order a private taxi. It will obviously be more expensive costing you around 50 USD one way. The most important place to visit while going to Kazbegi is Gergeti Trinity Church which was built in 14th century.
Kakheti vineyards:
In terms of quality, quantity and historic terms, Kakheti is one of the most famous wine regions in Georgia. This land was used for many thousands for years for viticulture but now it yields three-quarters of the country’s wine grapes. In June 2013, the first wines across the border were from Kakheti wineries. Kakheti is famous as it is history for the oldest human habitations in the entire region. According to archaeological findings the vineyards of Kakheti have been producing wine for thousands of years.

Georgians are traditionally believed for being passionate and curious about food as they are about their guests. There are a number of unique and tasty dishes in Georgian food, and this should not be surprising. According to Georgians believe receiving guests are a blessing from God. You should feel lucky if you are invited by and Georgian home for a meal as you should be expecting to experience one of the amazing feasts of your life. This Georgian feast is known as a supra which includes dozen of traditional dishes served with variety of Georgian wine. The people of Georgia are remarkably hospitable and you should expect constant poking to eat as much as you can.
