I spoke with Khan to book return flight, and he was initially polite and helpful. This attitide continued after I decided to purchaase the tickets with him and the whole process was made easy by him with no surprises through to when I received the tickets as attachments to an email. There was no "hard sell". We had several phone conversations when he continued to check that I was OK with the transaction.
I have not spoken or had dealings with any other individual there but based on Khan's attitude I would use Travel Wide Flights again.
