I just wanted to say special thanks to Rick who have been shoulder to shoulder helping me with my family to get the good deal for the flight. He showed us a support through out the visa application process and finally to booking us a ticket for my brother to travel to UK for my wedding.

I was dealing with a gentleman called Mark, didn’t sound like a Mark but a proper guy. Patient after missing out on a seat of a last min flight. Refunded the full amount back after first fail attempt. He was always available when i tried to call. I could just tell he was working real hard to find me a flight. Proper geeza, nice one Mark, until the next adventure!

i recently booked flight to new zealand for my father through jtkhan let me say this guy goes the extra mile and extra hours just doing what he likes to do ,polite and respectful and a calm head when i was losing mine,i had a visa problem which no one really wanted to know about at the airport so rang jtkhan to see if he could help he gave me some pointers as to what to do ,in the end the airline would not let my father fly,the next morning khan was onto it from the off although the airline said it was a no show by us and we would have to pay £8000 (business class my dad is 90yrs old) he managed to talk to them and they conceded we were there for 5 hours afterall and it only cost us £2000 more ,would not have happened without khan leading from the front ,he worked late i got eticket about 2100hrs when he said he was leaving at 1830hrs or should have been,will definately use these again nothing is too much trouble for him excellent service, carry on ill be back for myself hopefully next year ,anyone reading this try them youselves you will not be disappointed ,visa problem was you now need NZeta to enter new zealand under 6 months for holiday ,3 other couples at airport was also caught out by this ,apart from airlines no one else seems to know you can not leave uk if you have not got one and could take up to 72hrs ,ours took 2hrs by which time the flight had left ,khan did everything he could for me even though it was my fault probably ,but if you go on entry restrictions for nz it was not notedanywhere,anyway dad goes tomorrow yeah thanks again

I spoke with Khan to book return flight, and he was initially polite and helpful. This attitide continued after I decided to purchaase the tickets with him and the whole process was made easy by him with no surprises through to when I received the tickets as attachments to an email. There was no "hard sell". We had several phone conversations when he continued to check that I was OK with the transaction.
I have not spoken or had dealings with any other individual there but based on Khan's attitude I would use Travel Wide Flights again.

Many, many thanks to Jordan for arranging & then having to re - arrange my flights from Manchester to Harare & return, via Doha. He was polite, helpful & knowledgeable. Mr Khan has been patient while he helped us with options for our business class flights to Livingstone in Zambia. And patient again, as we worked out how best to pay, while our bank had a panic about potential fraud! I could not have done better with any other travel agent.
