The Albergue Olimpico is a training and recreational center situated in Salinas, Puerto Rico. The Olimpico is considered among the places that can be called as a complete sports center that is used by professional athletes and also by local natives for educational, health related and recreational activity. The park was opened in 1985 and from that time till now hosted many sports competitions. It has two conference halls and sports library. The park is stretched over an area of 1500 acres and has 17 sports installations. Multiple use courts, tennis complex, baseball complex, aquatic complex, gyms and different sports halls are present in the territorial expansion of Albergue Olimpico. These all courts are used for training purposes by different sports leagues and federations. Besides of being, a sports territory, Olimpico also has an aviary, playgrounds, water parks, a botanical garden and of course the Puerto Rican sports museum. The eminent thing about this sports museum is that it is a kernel of the tomb having the remains of the legendary Olympic leader of Puerto Rico German Rieckehoff Sampayo and his wife Irma.
Altitude Trampoline Park was founded in 2012 and is referred as one of the most rapidly growing Trampoline park company in the world. It’s 18 parks are open and agreements of 50 more parks are under consideration. The park was formed by a group of businessmen. The first part of Altitude Trampoline was inaugurated in November 2015 and was become a smash hit. The second park in Bayamon Oeste Shopping Center is opened in July 2016 and is in its way of success. The park has the peak of fun and facility that is suitable for all age’s people. Las Cascadas Water Park is a well known aquatic park situated in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The park was opened in 1985 and is still giving its best services to its people who came here to make their time enjoyable. It has the honor to be the largest water park in Caribbean region. The Hipodromo Camarero is also formally known as El Nuevo Comandante. It was built backed in 1976 and was inaugurated on 31st October 1976. After its opening, it had become the most popular horse racing complex in the island. The races held at Hipodromo Camarero are also shown on the television so that if you are not at the place you can enjoy these horse races being at home, at your television.

Plaza del Sol is an eminent mall located in the city of Bayamon, Puerto Rico. The plaza is wide and vast in its area and it is situated over an area of 728,546 square feet. The plaza was opened in 1998 and is still working for the facilitation of its people. The plaza has two floors having the food court upstairs at the second floor. The place is perfect for your shopping as it has almost all the local and international brands. Some of the famous mall tenants are Victoria’s Secret, Aldo, Bakers, Foot Locker, Old Navy, Bath and Body Works, Finish Line, American Eagle, Champs Sports, Hot Topic, Journeys, Adidas, PacSun, Tous Jewelers, Pandora, Zumiez and much more. The mall has added recently 35,500 square feet are and moved its food court upstairs. This food court complements the standards of the plaza del Sol by providing the tastiest food. The area at the first floor which was earlier used for food court is now using as a space for new tenants and brands.
Plaza del Norte is a shopping mall located in Hatillo, Puerto Rico and covers an area of 698,581 square feet. It was inaugurated in 1992 and was acquired by DDR Corporation in 2005. The era of 2000 was the era of decline for Plaza del Norte as it loosed many of its tenants. The theatre and Pueblo Super markets were shuttered down after their respective companies went bank corrupt. After its long era of decline finally, in 2011 the DDR Corporation announced a notable renovation of the mall’s exterior and interior. Along with this renovation, there was a 10,000 square feet expansion. The renovations feature the addition of a room to go, several new stores, out parcels, an amalgamation of three tiny retail space units to assembled a PetSmart, a new Caribbean movie theatre and new carts through the entire mall. This project of the renovation was completed in the mid of 2013.
The Mall of San Juan is considered as one of the largest, wide, developed and beautified mall of Puerto Rico. The mall is opened recently and houses its value in the heart of its customers. The Mall of San Juan was inaugurated recently on March 26, 2015. The total number of floors of the mall is 3 and it has more than100 stores and services. The mall stretches over an area of 6500 square feet. The best part of the shopping from the mall of San Juan is that the rush will not bother you and you will not get stuck in a crowd of cars as the parking of this giant mall provides over 3000 spaces for your parking. The land on which the mall is situated was once a building complex for the 1979 Pan American Games. This building was demolished in 1998 to start the project of the making of this mall. The plan of construction of this plaza was started in the 1990s and in 2000s; it was renamed as Plaza Internacional. Afterwards, the construction of the mall was paralysed for some years due to some financial issues but after sorting out of these issues, the project was continued and finally broke ground in 2012.
Next, comes the Plaza Las Americas. It is a shopping mall located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The plaza was inaugurated on September 3, 1968. It covers an area of 2.228 million feet square and has a total number of floors of 15. Out of these 15 floors, 3 floors are of shopping mall and the remaining 12 are associated to the office block. The parking of Plaza Las Americas is 3 to 4 times bigger than the Mall of San Juan. The plaza has the honor to be the largest in the Caribbean and holds the second number in its area in Latin America. The total number of anchor tenants is seven including JCPenney, Sears, and Macy’s. Junior anchors include Forever 21, Old Navy, and Caribbean Cinemas. Former anchors include Woolworth, Borders, Galaxy Lanes, Cinevista Theatres and Velasco. The extension of the plaza is expecting along with the arrival of some new stores and tenants. These coming up stores include Olive Garden, Red Lobster, A’Gaci and Zapaventura.
Plaza del Caribe is situated in the city of Ponce, Puerto Rico. It was developed by Q.B Constructions and was opened on 11 September 1992. Its honours are Jaime Fonalledas and Empresas Fonalledas. The total area of the mall is 1,100,000 square feet. It has 2 floors and the number of stores is 140. The parking will not bother you as it has a parking area of 4000. The plaza makes it place among the notable malls because of its sophisticated and elegant design. The marvellous art work that is spread throughout the mall especially in its central atrium is the centre of attraction for the people. After its renovation in 2015, stores such as Victoria’s Secret and Bath and Body Works are added to the mall. A Reebok store was also added. Anchors include JCPenney, Sears and Macy’s. Junior anchors include Old Navy, Forever 21, Zara, Victoria’s Secret and Bath and Body Works. Outparcels include Caribbean Cinemas, Sports Authority, Romano’s Macaroni Grill and P.F Chang’s. Former include Circuit City, CompUSA. And the coming ones are Black Market and Chico’s.
Plaza Carolina is located in Carolina, Puerto Rico. It was opened many years back in 1978. It has an area of 1,209,682 square feet. It has 3 floors having the food court at the 3rd floor. The total number of anchor tenants is 8 and has 240+ stores and services. Having 240+ stores makes it the second largest shopping mall in Puerto Rico. The first floor of the mall is for the shopping brands and tenants, the second floor is for different offices and the third floor is used as a food court. The mall is owned by Simon Property Group since the year of 2004. The mall had gone through some renovations and constructions including the central atrium, new floors, bathrooms, and food court and fountain area 4 years before in 2012. In 2014, sports authority and men’s wear house were opened that were pretty suitable for their customers so that they can buy anything they want to buy. In 2015, a restaurant named “La Parrillera Argentina” is opened in the mall which is highly famous for its gusto food among its visitors. This restaurant is also the reason of visitation of many people as they came here to have their favourite meals.
